Modesto Band Leader Ernie Buccio died recently, and this piece in the Original being donated for javascript: submitcomment1();silent auction October 2, 2011 for a benefit for Ernie's family, put on by jazz spot Barkin Dog Grill, 940 11th Street, Modesto, CA where Ernie often jammed and performed in a variety of combos, bands, orchestra and groups. prints can still be purchased thru fineartamerica

this is a couple years old, 2006 series, and I'm a partner in the Modesto Blues Festival, and takes up where I left off after a seven or so year drop out painting, due to health and mental health reasons. These were fun, based on some real local blues talent in our area, I've known for a long period of time. While not doing art, worked on learning guitar.
