Man's Head Inn, original cartoon, sold during the Stanislaus Artist Open Studio weekend, April 12 and 13, 2014. My collector friend went from the studio layout, to the portfolio books, found a small photocopy flier with this one, and we found the framed original that used to hang for years in my office after being published I have other versions, but this is the original inked version, after I first drew it on a bar napkin at Minnie's Restaurant in Modesto, home of my first permanent show, where some of my printmaking still hangs along side Stockton artist Burke Tyree works

James, Love your drawings & paintings. You have such a quirky sense of humor, which I like so much.. This is another funny image. Note: I remember when we were In Key West, we went to a place called "Hog's Breath Inn" (or Cafe).... This reminds me of that for some reason.
James Christiansen replied:
thanks for the correction on restaurant title.
