Since posting this one on my facebook page today, and getting plenty of local interest, and along with quite a few looks here today, this one will replace my large format watercolor "Farmer's Market" at Crow Trading Company, 1208 J Street, Modesto, CA. It will have the for sale sticker on it, and on display before the July 17 Downtown Modesto Art Walk, and stay a few months or until sold. I think this one has the most online hits here at FAA, and though displayed in several of my large solo shows with great comments, never made the cut entering juried spots in regional shows. Has had interest in showing out of town otherwise, but didn't come to terms with those venues.

This one is currently up in Boulder Creek, California, in the recording studio of Barry Tanner in the converted old US Post Office at Pine and Forest, just a block up from Boulder Creek Music in the odd fellows hall on Hwy 9. We did the opening for my 41 paintings in his studio in combination with Grand Opening of the music store November 17.

well, there is perhaps a likelness to you on a Florida beach, and glad to see you've posted some of your work here. I still think I have some of the palm monoprints you sent me.

James Christiansen replied:

For whatever reason, this painting has most views of the portfolio posted here on fineartamerica. It is currently on display at University of California, Riverside Alumni Center, upstairs in the Goldware Family Library in a solo show with 31 other works thru May 6, 2011.
