IN the discussion group, mentioned that Embrace is the second piece in series. This is the first, and finished in two sessions, some time apart. So the buildup, many of the foreward components finished first, the succession of colors to finish out, took some consideration. Experiment, the use of roller thru the metallic, less viscous opaque colors. In the second, the experiment is walnut ink, similar application, but seem to work together. In this one, I feel the stronger piece and composition, Embrace however, more deliberate, this more spontaneous, may be why to me this is the favorite, to most viewers when shown together, the other gets the nod.
